IPO offers after-sales service as part of the full service - not only for you, but for your customers/employees as well. A first class customer service, reward processing and satisfied reward recipients are essential for your success. Pursuant to this, IPO customer service is fully integrated into the customer systems. IPO offers short paths and quick help through a streamlined process.
Each reward comes with a warranty card that allows your reward recipient to communicate directly with IPO customer service. Depending on the assessment, your customers/recipients will receive telephonic technical support for operating the device or a free return form. The IPO customer service will check the articles and will then either send the customer a new device according to the manufacturer's specifications, or will arrange for repair under warranty.
IPO shop customers have insight at all times into the back office through integrated systems concerning the current status of each order and therefore full program control. You or your customer can follow delivery tracking in the rewards shop account area.
