Communication is a Must

The most important communications carriers in a bonus program are the rewards portal, as well as the account statements. Participants actively extract information about rewards and points in this way, compared to passive communication means. In doing so, they receive classic information about current changes to the product portfolio on the website or in the Prodis® news module.

Classic means of communication, such as brochures, newsletters by mail and E-Mail, as well as publicly effective reports also gather attention along these lines, since topics can be addressed here that would personally interest the participant, such as special campaigns for multiple points or campaign rewards.
